Information for non-EU applicants
As a registered sponsor the Bank is able to issue certificates of sponsorship to work in the UK. However, the majority of roles within the Bank receive large numbers of applications from within the EEA and are unlikely, therefore, to qualify under the work permit system. As such, we strongly recommend that potential applicants from outside the EEA consider whether they would qualify under Tier 1 of the UK Border Agency system (for highly skilled workers), as this would remove the need for a work permit.
