The nearest underground station is Bank and is accessible from the following lines: Central, Northern, Waterloo & City, Docklands Light Railway, District and Circle.
We are also within 10/15 minutes walk from Fenchurch Street, Liverpool Street, London Bridge, Cannon Street and Moorgate mainline stations.

By air:
Please be aware that travelling by black cab from any of the London airports all the way into central London will be both costly and slow. We would therefore draw your attention to the following:
Arriving at London Heathrow: the quickest route into central London is the Heathrow Express (25 minutes). Tickets and timetable information can be obtained online at www.heathrowexpress.com. Trains run every 15 minutes from all 5 terminals into London Paddington railway station. A number of underground lines run from Paddington into the City.
Arriving at London Gatwick: the quickest route into central London is the Gatwick Express (30 minutes). Tickets and timetable information can be obtained online at www.gatwickexpress.com. Trains run every 15 minutes into London Victoria railway station. A number of underground lines run out of Victoria into the City.
Arriving at London Stansted: the quickest route into central London is the Stansted Express (46 minutes). Tickets and timetable information can be obtained online at www.stanstedexpress.com. Trains run every 15 minutes into London Liverpool Street railway station. A number of underground lines run out of Liverpool Street and the station is about 10/15 minute walk from the Bank.
Arriving at London City Airport: the quickest route into central London is the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). Tickets and timetable information can be obtained online at www.londoncityairport.com. Trains run every 8-15 minutes into Bank underground, and the journey time is 22 minutes.
By Eurostar:
Arriving at London St Pancras International: tickets and timetable information can be obtained online at www.eurostar.com. A number of underground lines run from St Pancras into the City.
Expenses
The Bank will reimburse travel expenses for economy class return fares by air, rail etc. We will also reimburse costs for underground and bus travel (we will exercise discretion on reimbursing candidates for taxi fares and would only expect to do this if you have heavy luggage and are travelling from one of the London rail termini to the Bank or your hotel).
We will also reimburse reasonable expenses for meals.
Receipts will be required and these should be forwarded to the Bank together with the relevant claim form which you will be given at your Centre.
All reimbursement is at the discretion of the Bank.
